I found the Metro and want to apply rally lights. You cannot put rally lights on the Metro. That is a travesty, a sham, a mockery! It's a traveshamockery!!!!! Pic stolen from the internet. Apologies to anyone who gets punted by my drivatar. I'm pretty sure he's an asshole. Also thanks to AeonZX (hope I got the GT correct) for giving me the Oppo club invite.

Speaking of clubs, is it possible to be in more than one?

That was one of my frustrations with the original Horizon. When the rally expansion pack came it included light pods and other rally bits for all the cars that came in the pack, but none for the rally cars that were already part of the game. So the Quattro, Stratos, Delta, Evo X, half the Imprezas, etc etc couldn't be made to look like proper rally cars.

I think any of us playing FM5 or FH2 have been there. So much.

The Horizon rally expansion was garbage. Floaty, closed-course races that weren't even part of the actual map but existed in some post-Horizon world.

I've never actually been punted by anyone else's drivatar so there is that. But I can't tell how many times I've blown a corner and totally wiped someone else out. First corner especially, it's usually a cluster and then someone at the front of the pack inevitably brakes harder and earlier than I'm expecting resulting in me being a bowling ball.
EDIT: Or a plow truck.

I didn't get the FH1 rally expansion. I got the game really late and didn't get very far into it so couldn't "justify" spending the money on the expansion. FH2 is a lot more entertaining to me and I've killed way too much time playing it.

I can't say for sure, but it seemed like you might be able to be in multiple clubs.

I didn't mind, but then I'm happy pretty much any time there's rally content in a game. Also the gravel tires provided many a win in online multiplayer.

My younger brother has the habit of driving heavy RWD cars in FM5 and cutting corners... abusively. This has the exact effect on his drivatar that you'd expect.

One of my first races in FH1 was a multiplayer street race, which means there's no real markings or indicators of upcoming turns on the course itself, you need to be paying attention to the map. We come up on this four way intersection and I'm toward the back of the pack, WOT, everyone else brakes for a hard left, I (and one other driver who was too busy derping about to notice the corner) take out a good three quarters of the field. D'oh!

I think I would've been plenty happy if there'd been an expansion island or new trails opened up within the existing map or whatever. The fact that they basically created a few gravel circuits and added a few parts and that was that was a letdown.
I might be bitter because Dirt 3 was the last good experience and now the gap between now and Dirt is greater than the time between RalliSport Challenge 2 and Colin McRae's Dirt. Which signals the likely end of the franchise. Maybe even the genre.

Seriously, it blows the entire DiRT franchise out of the water. Just make sure it's specifically WRC 2 (not 1, 3, or 4) and that it comes from Europe. Also, FWIW, the guys who run the DiRT Twitter insist there's a sequel currently in development.

Yeah, I was actually considering that one (a few years back) once 'cause it had Group B included.
I would really want it to be repeated on the XBone to be interested. I've really played enough 360 games at this point.

Just trust your resident rally expert and break out the 360 one last time for this one. Worst case if you don't like it you can just turn around and sell it, and possibly make a profit since it's such a rare game in the states.

I can rally light the SHIT out of my Coupe Quattro, and that's all I need in my life. Yellow/white proper livery as well.
FH2 really annoys me with the off road races. All of a sudden the cars I'm destroying the past 3 races are all "lololol nah turbo boost vtec time" and I just cant keep up. I've tried all sorts of things, adjusting tuning, all that, and nothing. Catchup mode in racing games needs to die.
